• Strong, fair rules to prevent insurers from discriminating against the sick.

• Smart policies to get costs under control while improving care.

• Options to let those without employer-based care get coverage at a fair rate.

Health care reform will have many pieces, but prioritizing these key principles will help our families and business get quality care at a fair, affordable rate.
